Are we an outward looking church, or is the content focused on people who are already growing as Christians? ie established
Open Church more often - though hard getting people to come
Split between content of growth group study and sermon (?)
More application based sermons
Kids should be more involved in service - eg family services, kids talk?
Lack of commitment, consumer attitude
More variety - order of service etc
Is there a sense of belonging?
Need more social things outside 1030am Sunday
Being authentic Christians in society, answering tough questions

Didn't really mean more application based sermons, we aways get that, I was thinking more of an occasional workshop on the "tough questions we face from society" or maybe an "authentic christian life" kind of thing. This might be suited to a men's event. Something to inspire blokes to put God & church first.
