Terrific...
Happy kids
good vibe, good music, nice place to be; feels friendly if you are a regular
jobs done well - morning tea, music, creche etc
finishes on time even if it doesn't start on time
mingling between 9am and 1030am congregations is nice if you know 9am crowd - though has a downside
bulletin
preaching co-ordinated with pre-emptive studies
welcoming
To Fix...
- too late for little kids
signage - where do kids go at appropriate time?
Underlying Problem...
Eatons Hill Plant?

Just a thought!
Can we get away with having only 1 morning tea? Use the time between services to mingle, greet new people and chat with them over a cuppa. Make 10.30 service start at 10am (for m/tea) followed by service at 10.30ish. Like Latechurch does with supper. This may encourage more fellowship lunches straight from church as you're not so peopled out after church then morning tea. By 12-12.30 a lot of people may be ready to chill out, so by having lunch at 12ish you could be home and those with kiddies could be napping by 1.30pm.
I can see that it may conflict with the whole identity thing for the 10.30 service but thought it might spark off something we could work with.
